About our rental program
Experience the joy of growing (or starting) your own flock with our Homegrown Hatching Incubator rental. This rental program caters to those who wish to hatch and raise their new chicks without the significant investment of an incubator.

The 30-day rental includes:

A top-notch incubator, holding 24-30 eggs.

Distilled water, to avoid calcium build-up from Alberta hard water.

Incubator floor grip liner.

Easy-to-follow instructions.​

We offer the flexibility of purchasing hatching eggs from us at a discounted rate, use your own eggs, or eggs from different breeders.
You'll watch the eggs develop and hatch into adorable chicks, making it an educational and heartwarming experience for all ages.
Step 1: Request your rental
Head over to our Order Request page; choose your date and hatching eggs (optional). We will be in touch in about 24 hours to confirm and collect payment.
Step 2: Pick up your items
Once your order date is confirmed, we'll have everything ready to be picked up on your chosen date! Simply pick up, and start setting up when you get home.
Step 3: Set the eggs and watch them incubate!
Now the fun starts! Start the clock for 21 days while watching them develop along the way. The incubator has a built-in egg candler to help you see the eggs develop inside!
Step 4: Hatch, then return your rental
​Hatch day is around day 21! Experience the miracle of life and be the first to welcome these chicks into the world.
When hatching is done and you're chicks have been moved to your brooder, you'll reach out to us to coordinate returning your rental kit.
